Forum In Danbury Focuses On Emerging Drug Trends Among Youth

Parents, teachers and school officials concerned about the alarming drug trends taking the lives of thousands of youths and teens across the country are invited to attend a forum in Danbury that will focus on the topic.

A forum on drug use by teens will be held at the Danbury Police Department.

Hosted by Stand Together Make A Difference, the event will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 20 at the Danbury Police Department's Community Room, at 375 Main St., Danbury.

Some of the topics will include:

How toxic is vaping?
How are vaping devices used for THC/marijuana?
What synthetic drugs are available to your child?
Are cocaine and LSD popular again?
How are teens ingesting alcohol?
